1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop of Dalmaterra GmbH, Werkstrasse 19, 8636 Wald, Switzerland (hereinafter «Dalmaterra»). By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions.

2. Warranty

Dalmaterra guarantees that the delivered products meet the described quality standards at the time of delivery. Our olive oil is a natural product with a best-before date indicated on the bottle. In the event of quality defects that existed at the time of delivery, you are entitled to a replacement delivery. Please report any defects within 7 days of receiving the goods to info@dalmaterra.ch.

3. Privacy

Dalmaterra only collects personal data necessary for processing your order (name, address, email). Your data is used exclusively for order processing and communication and will not be shared with third parties unless required for the delivery of your order (e.g. shipping service providers). Data transmission is SSL-encrypted. Online payments are processed through the certified payment provider Payrexx; Dalmaterra does not store any payment data. You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data at any time. Please contact us at info@dalmaterra.ch.

4. Orders and Payment

By completing the order process, you submit a binding purchase offer. You will receive an order confirmation by email. All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) including statutory VAT. The following payment methods are available: – Prepayment (bank transfer): You will receive the bank details after placing your order. Goods will be shipped upon receipt of payment. – Online payment: Secure payment via our payment provider Payrexx.

5. Delivery

Dalmaterra delivers within Switzerland. The delivery time is usually 1–2 working days after receipt of payment. For prepayment orders, the delivery period begins upon receipt of payment. Orders over CHF 50.00 qualify for free shipping. For orders under CHF 50.00, shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process. In the event of delivery delays, you will be notified promptly by email.

6. Liability

Dalmaterra is not liable for damage caused by improper handling or storage of products after delivery. We recommend storing olive oil in a cool, dry place away from light. If goods are damaged during transport, please document the damage immediately upon receipt and contact us within 7 days at info@dalmaterra.ch. In such cases, we will arrange a replacement delivery as soon as possible. Dalmaterra is in no case liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

As our olive oil is a food product, returns are generally excluded. Products that have been opened or damaged through improper handling are excluded from exchange. For damaged or defective goods, please contact us immediately at info@dalmaterra.ch. We will work together to find a satisfactory solution (replacement delivery or credit).

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and all resulting legal relationships are exclusively subject to Swiss law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is Wald ZH, Switzerland. For consumers, the mandatory statutory provisions on jurisdiction apply.
