Our journey began in sun-drenched Dalmatia, in the south of Croatia, where olive trees have been bearing fruit for centuries. What started as a family passion grew into a mission to share the finest, all-natural olive oil with the world.

Straight from the fields
The olives for our product are harvested every year in November. The olives are picked by hand and separated from the leaves and branches. This ensures the authenticity of our product while supporting sustainable harvesting methods and local oil mills.
Laboratory Tested
Immediately after cold pressing, our olive oil is tested for acidity and quality.
Freshness Guaranteed
The oil flows straight from the press into stainless steel containers, where it is sealed airtight. This protects it from light and air until bottling—ensuring the same top quality as the moment it was first pressed.
